● Methodology

Analysis based on the actual course of the project.

Our approach is based on experience gained from preparing bids, developing project budgets, and managing projects during the execution phase. We work based on the analysis of technical documentation, cost modeling, verification of quantities, and the use of BIM tools supporting project planning. The objective is to structure scopes, budget assumptions, and delivery scenarios in a way that can be applied in real tendering and execution processes.

● Mode of operation

Consulting focused on decision-making and delivery.

We analyze projects from the perspective of decisions that impact investment costs, the course of tender processes, and the organization of construction works. We help structure information and options at a stage where risks can still be managed in an informed way.

Cost transparency

We create a clear and logical structure of budgets and project assumptions.

Execution feasibility

We verify technical solutions against market conditions and delivery capabilities.

Process-oriented thinking

We structure investment activities before time pressure limits decision-making options.

● Team

Experience grounded in real project delivery.

BILTRA is formed by specialists with years of involvement in the preparation and delivery of construction projects. We combine engineering, cost management, and organizational experience, allowing us to analyze investments holistically — considering both technical assumptions and market realities. Our expertise comes from working on real tender processes, project budgeting, and collaboration with design and construction teams. We understand the interdependencies between documentation, costs, and the organization of project delivery. On a daily basis, we work with investors, general contractors, and trade contractors, supporting them in making decisions that enhance cost and organizational reliability of projects.
