biltra.eu is a pre­sen­ta­tion web­site (busi­ness card site). It has no con­tact form or user accounts, so no per­son­al data is active­ly collected.
Data col­lect­ed auto­mat­i­cal­ly by the host­ing serv­er (SEOHOST):
• IP address of the device,
• brows­er type and version,
• date and time of the visit,
• URL of the vis­it­ed page.
This data is stored in serv­er logs sole­ly to ensure the secu­ri­ty and cor­rect oper­a­tion of the web­site. It is not linked to any indi­vid­u­al’s identity.

3. Cook­ies

This web­site uses only tech­ni­cal (strict­ly nec­es­sary) cook­ies required for its oper­a­tion. These include:
• Word­Press – ses­sion cook­ies required for the plat­form to func­tion correctly,
• Poly­lang – a cook­ie stor­ing the user’s select­ed language,
• Uncode (theme) – three tech­ni­cal cook­ies record­ing screen res­o­lu­tion and brows­er view­port size, used sole­ly to serve images at the cor­rect res­o­lu­tion (Adap­tive Images sys­tem). These cook­ies are refreshed on every page load and con­tain no per­son­al data.
We do not use ana­lyt­i­cal, adver­tis­ing or mar­ket­ing cook­ies. We do not use Google Fonts, Google Ana­lyt­ics or any third-par­­­ty trackers.
All cook­ies list­ed above are strict­ly nec­es­sary and do not require con­sent under Arti­cle 5(3) of Direc­tive 2002/58/EC (ePri­va­cy Direc­tive). They expire when the brows­er is closed or after a short ses­sion period.

Serv­er logs are retained for up to 12 months. Email cor­re­spon­dence is kept for as long as nec­es­sary to ful­fil its pur­pose, and no longer than 3 years.
